Domaine de Long Dai, part of the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), is located in the Qiu Shan Valley of Shandong Province, China, and was established in 2008. The vineyard spans over 40 hectares with 600 terraces, focusing on grape varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Utilizing traditional Bordeaux winemaking methods, the estate produces wines such as Long Dai and the recently introduced Hu Yue, both reflecting the unique terroir.
